Senior Quality System Engineer

1. Establish and maintain QMS. Responsible for Q-KPI monitoring, corrective and preventive actions tracking.
2. Be responsible for internal and external audit, tracking corrective and preventive actions and continuously improving quality system.
3. Interface to third parties on the quality system related matters (certification and re-certification)
4. Documentation management, lead the digit document archiving and data migration from plant side. Being the Audit Management Representative and Rule Governance Representative from plant side.
5. Plan and organize LPA
6. Coordinate the change management to ensure all the change is under control.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1. Bachelor degree, major related to quality management, material science or others
2. Above 3 years working experience in quality system management in auto industries, have practice for quality system establishment from 0 to 1.
3. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3/6.5 and Customer Special Requirement, certified as internal auditor. Good communicative and coordinative abilities, Rich management knowledge, good computer operating skill.
4. English writing is required.
