Consolidated Demand Planning & Production, Planning and Control

General Business▪ 

* Prepare deliverables in accordance with the monthly planning calendar. Deliverables include sales/orders versus forecast analysis, sales/ market intelligence, and SKU/ category forecast recommendations 

▪ Collaborate with Production, Sales and Supply Chain Management to prepare findings and recommendations for review 

▪ Partner with Supply Chain Management functions to develop and deploy end to end supply chain initiatives to optimize inventory pipeline investments and achieve customer service ability requirements

Process Optimization

▪ Conceptual progression of demand planning and forecasting processes, methods and tools

SAP / IT

▪ Good Knowledge of SAP

▪ Good Knowledge of Excel

KPI/ Reporting

▪ Conduct a monthly deep dive of high-value & variance SKUs

▪ Closely monitor early-life sales and adjust forecasts promptly as required - particularly for high value and high-variance SKUs

Compliance
▪ Ensure compliance in the plant/ operating unit SCM

▪ Provide stability and high trust
* Move Continental into the future by encouraging people to think outside the box and empower them to take ownership

▪ Ensure availability of adequate personnel capacities for all tasks

B Tech

* Monitoring Deliverables from Production as per Customer/Production Order demands.

* Supporting Purchase in aligning RM procurements as per Customer Orders / Safety stock norms.

* Handling additional load of Production Planning, related to Segments + Exports.
* Controlling the Finished Goods Inventories, by ensuring optimal level stocks.
*Controlling and Monitoring deliverable from Production as per Production order ( Mfg. to Ware house delivery performance )
