Internship - Operations & Project Portfolio Management department for Market Europe - REF62212G

The Operations & Project Portfolio Management department (formerly Project Management Office) for Market Europe is offering a mandatory internship to a student (m/f/diverse) for at least six months starting from August 2024.

A combination of mandatory and voluntary internship is possible. The mandatory part should cover at least 16 weeks.The internship can be executed in home office, but preferably the intern would come to the office in Lindau 2 days of the week.

The tasks include:

• Support the Operations & Project Portfolio Management department for Market Europe in various topics
• Support project managers in order to improve ADAS quality standards like gate achievement, profitability and documentation of project progress
• Attend and support in meetings and ensure high quality of reports and presentations
• Support with maintaining and improving market reports using different internal systems & tools (like Power BI or Excel)
• Contribute in initiatives, e.g. to improve project excellence or efficiency
• Collect and consolidate information and create presentable documents
• Further develop project management training material

• Current Master studies in economics, project management or similar
• Basic knowledge in project management and in data analysis
• Fluent knowledge in English (spoken and written)
