Accounts Payable Analyst

The Accounts payable analyst will be responsible for carrying out activities related to the payment process for suppliers and service providers, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data and due authorization of payments;

Processing of tax payments, sending electronic payment files to banks via ERP system;

Processing travel advances to employees, checking the advance request, via ERP, in order to issue the forms and release the payment;

Analysis  of financial disputes and public notaries with SERASA (rating agency), contacting suppliers to investigate and propose solutions to the disputes;

Analysis and releasing of supplier creation on ERP;

Report analysis and payment control reconciliation.

Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas;

Knowledge in Excel and SAP ERP;

Previous experience in the Accounts payable role
