Lean Manufacturing Specialist / Coach

• Identify Lean Manufacturing opportunities and improvement potential, and drive the roadmap together with Head or Specialist Lead of area.
• Support and ensure the implementation of improvement projects and activities according to plant/operations unit roadmap reflecting current business situation.
• Operate and manage idea management according to standards.
• Execute workshops and coaching of plant employees in order to introduce and develop Lean Manufacturing philosophy, principles, culture, and methods throughout the plant’s/operations unit’s processes (e.g. lean thinking, continuous improvement culture, lean leadership, etc.).

• Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar
• Advanced English 
• Experience:
  • Lean Manufacturing: 
    • In implementation of principles
    • Framework and methods
    • Tools
  • Kaizen Management 
• Knowledge:
  • Manufacturing related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes
  • Plant key processes (business and production).
  • Quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes)
  • Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (desirable)
• Skills:
  • Communication (presentation, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques)
  • Leadership & management (team-building, delegation, performance management and people development techniques)
