Master Data

• Create and keep updated master data of finished goods, recipes, semi finished materials, etc. in SAP system according to requests- Create trial batches in SAP- Ensure complete cycle of change requests regarding materials- Ensure updating of master data according to requests before end of the year for the annual costing.
• Training for new hirings in BDE - BDE users creation for operative personnel- Correct COGI´s of assigned areas. 
• Troubleshooting in case of malfunctions of PP module in SAP system and point of contact for external support in troubleshooting (Central PP Key User)  -  Participation in new SAP releases and updates for PP module.
• Order follow up/closing of assigned areas - Coordination of inventory and adjustments in SAP of assigned areas - Create performance reports according to requests (KPI´s, production, costs, etc.).
• Actively participates in annual inventory. 
• Actively participates in the activities of environmental health and safety (See the matrix FRH 000 001 of responsibility and authority).

• Studies in the area of engineering/ IT with economics bases.
• Experience in automotive industry and SAP related area.
• Advanced English. 
• SAP MES knowledge + SAP PP.
• Office (desirable including Power BI).
