HR Operations Analyst

• Delivering HR service activities for the selected plant
• Interacts with customers via telephone, electronic mail, or other means to resolve open issues and provide assistance in the completion of standardized HR transactions
• Continuously monitors quality and quick resolution of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance
• Maintains a customer friendly focus when dealing within customer issues, complaints, problems, etc.
• Account  social security benefits

• 1-3 years of professional experience in payroll activities
• BA/Bsc in employment relations and social insurance or economics
• Confident in MS office
• Advanced in English
• Analytical mindset
• Team player
• SAP HR knowledge is an advantage
