Global Supplier Performance Development

1. Strategically manage and optimize regional relationships in her/his host region with suppliers to drive performance, enhance collaboration, and achieve long-term business objectives on Group Sector Global level.
2. Leading supplier audits on strategic level globally.
3. Control of supplier approval process on decision making level.
4. Create and implement standards for Strategic Supplier Performance Development regionally and globally both for One Contitech.
5. Acting in supplier process performance development till Product Life Cycle (PLC) Gate 35 and after Gate 80.
6. Participates in PPAP process (new supplier, first part) in field of Control Plan, Process Flow and Process Approval validity/conformity check if it's needed. (Till PLC Gate 80).
7. Provides technical support for PPAP (consultation with R&D in case of new supplier first part concerning to the approved parameter deviations till Gate80.)
8. Conducts Run&Rate audits for new supplier first parts. The position holder is responsible for Automotive and Industrial BA's both within Contitech including BA SSL. (High Complexity).
9. As secondary task develops serial suppliers from Efficiency and Trade Compliance view on global level. 

1. Experience in project management (advanced);
2. Dealing in an international environment, business fluent German and English skills, other languages are advantageous
3. Strong negotiations skills and negotiations leadership/methods;                                 
4. Creativity, reality, integrity, teamwork, operates with global perspective; Analytical thinking;  
5. Marked knowledge in the defined subject area;
6. Understanding of processes within the supply chain, production;                                  
7. Deep knowledge of contractual law and Continental Purchasing Guidelines;   
8. Knowledge of purchasing key figures and and understanding of material movements;                                    
9. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools as well as in SAP R/3;
10. High commitment and independent work;                                
11. Auditing supplier manufacturing processes;
