Responsiblity:
- Planning and coordination of function/ Algorithm Development
- Team Mentoring and Development Plan
- Team & People Management
Knowledge and capabilities required:
technical:
- Experience in Algorithm / SW development ( ADAS/ Radar domain preferred)
- knowledge of standards like ASPICE and ISO26262 und their requirements towards SW testing
- knowledge of our test tools (like MTS, GIT, JIRA, etc...)
- Programming knowledge (C, Matlab, Python)
- Experience in leading people

- Good communication capabilities
