Operations controller - Autonomous Mobility SHS (TM)

• Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance of plants;
• Generating reports and analyzing data related to operations performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement;
• Analyze the financial data and prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, others) and strategic reports (Balanced Scorecards) on location / business unit / division level;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow management.

• University degree in the field of economics or comparable qualification;
• Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel;
• Fluent in English written and spoken;
• Good analytical and numerical skills;
• Good assertiveness;
• Sociability, confident and friendly demeanor in dealing with a wide variety of conversations and business partners;
• Willingness and ability to work in a team.
