Consultant for Microsoft 365 Operations


- Responsible with the operations and support of the Global Messaging & Collaboration Operations, it's services and technologies worldwide in accordance with G IT CA DWS PSO during the APAC timezone.
- Administer and provide 3rd level support globally for the Global Messaging, Sharepoint, OneDrive, PowerAutomate, PowerApps and Microsoft Teams services (M365)
- Administration of Panagenda OfficeExpert and provides Teams Call Quality support to Microsoft Teams global users at Continental.
- Support with the implementation of new technologies, service improvements and processes, in alignment with the global team.
- Support in developing & aligning the service for future requirements and trends. 
- Participate and support Global projects related to service improvements and automation.
- Develop simple to complex scripts that will be used for automation and having the operations more efficient.
- Contributes on maintaining support and monitoring of services by taking part of the follow-the-sun Admin-on-Duty (during weekdays) and On-Call-Duty (during Holidays and weekends)
- Working with Incidents and Change Management for Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
- Collaborate with the necessary Global and Local IT teams, to support and maintain the related infrastructure systems (On-prem & Cloud).
- Support for creating standard procedures,  work Instructions and knowledge base materials to be shared to other support groups.
- Collaborate with the Internal, External Service Providers, Partners and Vendors where necessary for the immediate resolution and completion of assigned Incidents (IT issues) and Change Task
- Support the trainings activities for new colleagues (Technical and processes) and customers globally.
- Close interaction with different functional teams/departments to harmonize and improve inter-connected processes. 
- Proactively drive the development of his/her own skills and competence.
- Ensure that the CBS activities of the location are strictly followed.
- Contribute to any activities, projects, innovation & improvements requested by local and/or global management of Continental

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field
- Certifications in any IT related applications, software and services is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years on Professional IT experience, working directly on Administration of Office365, Support & Projects 
- At least 2 years relevant experience in IT service provisioning
- Proactive and able to work independently or with minimal supervision

- Coordination, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to creatively solve problems with minimal guidance, while maintaining a timely, cost effective & high quality approach
- High motivated to work in a challenging, global acting and multicultural team
- Knowledgeable on ITIL with respect to Incident and Change Management
- Constantly upgrading the technical know how or skills
- Fluent in English

- Experienced with Administering and Supporting Microsoft 365 products, specifically Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate / PowerApps and MS Teams
- Knowledgeable with Scripting like PowerShell, MS Graph API and/or other related scripting language
- Knowledgeable with Network (LAN, WAN, etc.), Client & Server Operating systems
