Team Lead Process Engineering Curing (m/f/diverse) - REF57797G

• Lead 'Process Engineering Curing' team within 'Curing Process and Mold Engineering' department 
• Develop and lead global plant curing engineers' network 
• Drive continuous process improvement (efficiency, stability) through a global Process Engineering Network
• Establish and maintain global standards, process parameters and specifications for curing processes 
• Active participation in Process Risk Assessments and Structured Problem Solving tasks
• Lead implementation of new technologies
• Support tire plants in curing related trouble shooting in close cooperation with R&D, Quality, Process, Engineering and Maintenance counterparts
• Training of process know how and standard operation procedures for curing process engineers

• Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences or similar disciplines
• Several years of experience in tire manufacturing environment, tire development, tire manufacturing machines or tooling preferred
• Proven experience in leading teams & project management
• Strong analytical capabilities to link data and operational process know-how
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Distinct willingness to be responsible, take action and to drive execution with strong ownership
