Control & Drives Engineer (extrusion area)

• Ensure the reliability of the machinery according to the Company's Safety and Quality requirements, through best maintenance practices considering analysis of equipment performance information and maintenance priorities plant production.
• Prepare, together with the personnel involved, root cause analysis, action plans, execution and monitoring of actions in order to maintain high levels of reliability in machinery.
• Provide technical support in locating and solving machinery faults (troubleshooting)
• Propose and implement continuous improvement projects in term of Maintenance

• Engineering (mechatronics, electronics).
• Several years experience. Knowledge of electrical control, servo drives, plc's (Siemens and Allen Bradley desirable), servo hydraulics,
• programming languages, communication protocols, measurement techniques and control equipment.
• Electronic equipment integrators or metal-mechanical reconstruction companies, Automotive or metalworking industry.
• Project management.
• English Level intermediate.
• Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting.
• Programming languages and communication protocols.
