Manufacturing Analytics Data Engineer for AI/ML

• Take active role in definition and development of AI/ML Use Cases;
• Perform regular Monitoring of the Environment;
• Be part of the IT Service management team to work on (Incidents, Problems & Change requests);
• Involvement in Costs Optimization (Service Usage Evaluation);
• Handle Maintenance and Upgrades coordination;
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization;
• Assure Cybersecurity & compliance conformity;
• Provide 2nd level support for our services Services;
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and performance improvement of the productive systems and implement projects as required, including change management and implementation of hardware/software changes;
• Execution of trainings for our global support organization and the Key Users;
• Working closely with IT colleagues from other areas (SAP , SFE , R&D-IT ) and internal customers (tire plants).

• Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, or any similar field;
• Basic programming or scripting skills (any of Python, Powershell, C#);
• Cloud Technology (AWS is a plus);
• Basic database knowledge (development and administration);
• Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), GitHub, CI/CD;
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
• Independent and solution-oriented mindset;
• Assertive and experienced with bringing in own ideas in a complex setup;
• Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, teamwork and intercultural competence;
• Proficient English language skills (written / verbal);
• High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility;
• Willingness to travel globally (up to ~25%).
