Marketing Specialist- BAL.ON

We have a unique opportunity for you to start working with the BAL.ON brand, which is the latest startup from ContiTech.  BAL.ON utilizes smart insoles that measure pressure balance and key metrics during a golf swing along with an app offering video feedback and AI coaching.  We are revolutionizing the way golfers improve their swing and improve their game.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for BAL.ON. You are working strategically on our objectives and implementing the right tactics to reach them.  Also responsible for the daily management of BAL.ON brand and all of its communication channels. 

Basic Requirements

• Responsible  for all advertising, digital, PR, web, social and internal creative and communication efforts.
• You will be responsible for executing campaigns according to strategy and reporting the results including learnings for future and constant improvement
• Managing and attending trade shows
• Support the sales strategies, initiatives and projects in a marketing capacity  
• Identifying the best digital channels and targeting techniques to reach a target audience
•  Assisting with budget allocation and management
• Keyword research, selection, testing, and optimization
• Ad copy creation, testing, and optimization
• Analyzing, optimizing, and managing existing channels as well as developing/testing new channels for future growth
• Reporting and analysis of campaign performance for internal and client use

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or similar with a focus on marketing
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing required with typical digital marketing processes including but not limited to content marketing, social media marketing, editorial planning, and SEO/SEA
• B2B and B2C Marketing experience.
• Project management tools knowledge e.g. MS project, Scrum, Salesforce  
• Market knowledge of customer and competitor trends and actions. 
• Experience in sporting goods or wearable markets
• Requires availability for traveling 25% of working time
