Legal Counsel

The lawyer will deal with issues in international and French business law, namely

• Ensure good risk management in coordination with business units and partners
• Draft, negotiate contracts with a selected group of customers (NDA, R&D agreements, supply contract, GTCs, etc.) in particular with Key Account Managers
• Update the contract templates used
• Provide legal advice to operational staff under French law, identify and limit risks in contracts and contractual practices
• Legal support on client claims and Continental's defense
• Proactively build and maintain a relationship of trust with operational staff in order to implement pragmatic solutions adapted to business needs

The profile we are looking for

• Master's degree II / DJCE Business Law or equivalent in French law
• Interest or experience in business law, intellectual property, contract law, commercial law
• First professional experience in an international company would be a plus
• Fluent in French and English is essential
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, teamwork
•  Good comprehension, communication, analysis and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented and customer-oriented
