RF System Engineer (m/f/diverse) - REF55492U

Within the department "Wireless Communication" we support the development of systems with a Radio Frequency (RF) based communication link. These RF sub-systems need to be defined, specified and validated.

For the following tasks, we are looking for an RF System Engineer (m/f/diverse):

• Definition of RF system concept
• Creation of the RF system specification
• Technical presentations and discussions with our customers
• Coordination of all RF related activities within the projects across different departments and locations
• Support of certification and homologation
• RF integration on product level
• RF vehicle integration
  • Vehicle validation measurements
  • Coordination of the validation with the customer and internal contacts
  • Reporting creation and customer presentations
• RF system release

• Academic degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of RF
• Experience in automotive industry preferable
• Profound knowledge of the RF physical layer of wireless services, mainly UWB and Bluetooth Low Energy
• Knowledge in radio frequency and wireless communication systems, like UWB, Bluetooth, WLAN, etc.
• Knowledge of RF Antenna application
• Very good understanding of RF measurement techniques
• Good capability in RF design
• Fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Organizational and good communication skills to operate in international teams
• EU driving license (class B)
