TT Area Engineering Supervisor (Area Head of Maintenance TT)

工作职责

The primary focus of the role is on coordinating capital request for procuring funds to align with investment plans. Provide spending forecast for both invest and expense budgets. Ensure PM goals are obtained. Coordinates and prioritizes work with Planner/Scheduler, Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer to ensure both equipment reliability and the successful execution of investment plans. Communicate with the production customer and other departments serviced by the Engineering and Maintenance division to control costs, budgets and expenses. Actively assist in supporting the efforts of the division to maintain and improve the equipment OEE.

  1. Assign, Review and Monitor all division CR concepts, writing, approval, execution, spending forecast as well as ensure proper machine acceptance and project closure documentation.
  2. Analyze breakdowns and repairs with Reliability Engineers and Project Engineers for the purpose of revising current practices and procedures to reduce the frequency of breakdowns and costs.
  3. Ensure preparation of the preventive maintenance training plan and execution of preventive maintenance activities within assigned maintenance division. Coordinate between client department, plant management, and staff to ensure goal attainment.
  4. Monitor the lost time goals related with mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
  5. Ensure execution of machine modifications and upgrades within assigned maintenance division.
  6. With the Division Engineering Manager and other business team members, participate in the selection, management and control of all methods applicable to the work of outside contractors participating in projects within assigned division.
  7. Perform other duties as directed by the MTE management.
