Real Estate Manager - Transformation projects (m/f/d)

The project manager is responsible to coordinate the transformation and consolidation projects. In this role it will lead all workstreams (incl. Finance, HR, Facility Mgmt., Labor Relation, Communication) working  in agile teams in our organization. Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

›PMO for all ongoing workstreams of the consolidation project

›Plan, track and steer the overall project

›Actively manage the internal and external resources

›Review, schedule, evaluate and coordinate requests for new space

›Reporting of project status to relevant stakeholders

›Driving the agile transformation and continuously optimize the agile organization structure

›Coach the location management through the transformation projects

›Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

›Proven experience in project management, real estate asset management, corporate real estate, or property management.

›Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.

›Proficiency in real estate software, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

›Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

›Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to real estate and real estate services.

›Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage diverse project teams across multiple location simultaneously.
