(Senior) Real Estate financial analyst (m/f/d)

›Support the strategic analysis of the Continental Groups real estate portfolio

›Assist to initiate the optimization projects and analyze the Continental Real estate portfolio in terms of potentials based on the Real Estate Database as well as various data sources incl. SAP

›Extract targeted recommendations from the portfolio data for use and implementation by the CRE manager and Asset Managers and support the initiation of RE projects

›Processing and optimization of validation data using complex data analysis and application of statistical models

›Independent processing and interpretation of the results from the data assessment

›Supervision of independent projects in the field of analytical method validation and close cooperation with team colleagues

›Support of interface departments in solving complex problems, especially in the presentation and evaluation

›Coordination of due diligence processes under the guidance of the Portfolio manager

›Creating decision templates and presentations in MS PowerPoint & monitoring and analysis of market trends

›Academic degree in business administration or comparable studies with real estate reference

›Several years of professional experience in the real estate environment desirable

›Experience in corporate real estate management or portfolio management desirable

›Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint and ideally also with BI, CRM and controlling tools)

›Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, additional language skills are an advantage

›High personal initiative and flexibility

›Analytical and commercial thinking and sales understanding

›Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
