A Software Lean Agile Leader is responsible for:

  • Leading a Chapter of engineers;
  • Responsible for the individual and chapter overall skills and experience;
  • Agile coach and mentor for the chapter and possible other organizational structures;
  • Responsible to do the evaluation of directs in cooperation with the Scrum Master and Product Owner;
  • Act as Customer for PMT organization to drive the overall PMT improvements based on the feedback of the chapter.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer science, Engineering);
  • Working experience in relevant projects in software area;
  • Acting experience in a role for leading people;
  • Experience in coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution;
  • Proficient in English.
  • Good knowledge of AN products (Gateways, Zone Controllers, Seat comfort systems);
  • Good knowledge of testing tools (Vector CANoe, Vector CANape);
  • Good knowledge of test equipment's (Vector VNs, Debuggers, Programable Power Supply);
  • Good knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FR, ETH);
  • Good Diagnostics knowledge;
  • Good GW functionalities knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of SW development processes;
  • Good knowledge of AUTOSAR Architecture; 
  • Good knowledge of SW Architecture 
  • Good knowledge of ASPICE;
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology;
  • Good Project management knowledge;
  • Very good programming skills (C, C++, C#);
  • Coaching and mentoring skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Conflict management skills;
  • System thinking;
  • People management skills;
  • Good interview process knowledge;

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing of and working with agile processes in automotive environment;
  • Work experience in managing agile frameworks on team level;
  • Work experience in a large-scale distributed project setup;
  • Organizational agility;
  • Ability of managing through processes and systems.
