PPI Engineer

-engineering and implementation of robust and efficient production processes for the manufacturing of specific products according to time schedule;

-definition of production process for cost calculation;

-preparation and continuous updating of the process flow chart and P-FMEA;

-preparation and updating work instruction;

-identification and implementation of product optimization potential (e.g. raw material replacement) in running articles;

-solving proactively quality issues regarding customer complaints and reject rate;

-identification and implementation of technical production processes optimization potential regarding quality, efficiency and capability (i.e. process parameters as e.g. extrusion speed, vulcanization time, cutting speed, etc.) according to standards;

-knowledge of rubber material and process;

-process industrialization related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes;

-problem solving tools and techniques;
