You are an innovative person who would like to passionately work in an international environment? Then become a member in our IT Service Management Processes Team!

Our team provides out of the Continental Group IT Finance & Governance department all Service Management processes and its related services for Continental IT. We are responsible for the implementation and improvement of Service Management Processes used by the global Continental IT organization to manage the Service Lifecycle (e.g. Change & Incident Management). As the area of Request Fulfillment is growing we want to strengthen our ITSM process team to ensure a proper delivery of our ITSM services.

Your tasks include:

  • A major part of the job is the communication towards the customers to identify their needs and requirements and to transform these into solutions and processes;
  • Implement Request Fulfillment processes and steer changes on the related platforms (SSP7 & BMC Helix);
  • Consult internal customers in regards to usability and automation potentials of the newly requested forms and processes;
  • Lead process implementation projects;
  • Coordinate & align test activities in regards to releases of our IT Service Management (BMC Helix) and Request Fulfillment (SSP7) platform;
  • Develop, maintain & improve hosted request fulfillment processes
  • Steer external and internal providers;
  • Report service relevant data (KPIs) like numbers of request and implementations in time;
  • Create and maintain training material.

职位要求

  • Academic Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Sciences or comparable;
  • Professional experience in the process area, preferably in IT processes;
  • IT Service Management experience;
  • Experience in the area of Request Fulfillment process implementations;
  • Reliable knowledge of the MS Office programs;
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) ;
  • Strong customer and service orientation;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Outstanding communication and intercultural skills;
  • High intrinsic motivation and the desire to work in teams;
  • Willingness to travel;

Beneficial:
