Data Specialist HCM

• Automating and deploying data transformations and pipelines on the provided Data Platform
• You contribute to ensuring continuous quality, reusability and performance improvement and take responsibility for our operational Reporting and (predictive) Analytical solutions 
• Close cooperation with data architect, you implement exciting reporting, analytical and process mining use cases including AI technologies (e.g. entity extraction, recommender, chatbots) with data of all kinds 
• Build highly scalable data products for the automated consolidation, processing and analysis of large amounts of data for machine learning
• from conception to prototyping to operation, batch and streaming
• Evaluation of the latest trends and technologies, shaping our architecture decisions including the Dev(Sec)Ops processes and drive innovative solutions for data management in the machine learning context

• Experience in the field of data warehouse and big data, ideally based on AWS including Redshift
• Architectural experience in DWH and data lakes 
• Experience in data modeling and in dealing with large amounts of data
• Very good SQL skills, good Python skills, ideally also experience with NoSQL databases
• Excellent analytical skills and inspire with your independent, pro-active way of working as well as your passion for numbers
• Sense of responsibility, motivation and fun to work with different teams, including international ones
• Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies
• Fluent in English
