Head of CBS

Main Tasks  
• Introduce and build up lean culture and strategy in the company
•Provide training and coaching on lean concept,basic tools and best practice
• Coach and mentor all function leaders toward a continuous improvement culture that encourages daily improvement involving all team members
• Initiate and collaborate all lean activities within company,and support on the manufacturing strategy                                                        
• Develop ad maintains value stream maps to identify key opportunities to elimate waste and improve performance based on strategy deployment and business results
•Coordinate on lean assessment to identify opportunity for further improvement
 

Education:Bachelor degree with Engineering Background                              
Profession Experience:Practise of leading projects More than 5 years practise on same/similar position 

Leadership Experience:  More than 3 years                                                      
Project Experance:Manufacturing and maintenance projects
Intercultural:International Experiences are welcome    

Other:Good communication skills in English
