Expert ICT Test Engineer
工作职责
Expert ICT Test Engineer:
- Develops, purchases, installs, debugs and releases test equipment for electronic products manufactured in the location;
- Creates technical specifications, define concepts and set down flowcharts;
- Collaborates with suppliers and other cross-functional departments to achieve project milestones;
- Ensures Key Performance Indicators are achieved (KPIs)
Active troubleshooting and Continuous improvement orientated; - Supports maintenance team.
On your daily work you will be responsible for:
- Equipment industrialization and installation;
- Process standardization and troubleshooting of production equipment;
- Continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes in terms of capability, robustness, and capacity;
- Training of maintenance technicians;
- Creating manufacturing and maintenance instructions;
- Process capability and statistical analysis;
- Ensuring equipment and procedure standardization according to internal company technical and quality standards. Developing testing approach improvements working together with R&D.
- Participating in functional area related activities with other Continental location engineering departments;
- Supporting and advising newcomers, providing trainings and mentorship.

- Bachelor degree in engineering (electrical or electronics) or other related field;
- At least 10 years working experience in testing field of automotive (preferably) manufacturing area.
- Strong knowledge on electronics circuits and standard components including integrated circuits, operational amplifiers, EEPROM etc;
- Knowledge of C/C++/C# programming languages (at least 5 years);
- Prior experience in NI LabWindows CVI (at least 5 years)
- Prior experience in Keysight BTI (at least 5 years) and/or Teradyne TestStation (at least 5 year) and/or SPEA software package (at least 5 years);
- Product and Prototype build knowledge;
- Lean Manufacturing;
- Technical realization of production test equipment and test fixture design;
- Quality Orientation, Quality tools and Quality in Launch;
- Customer Orientation;
- Self-driven & Strong ownership;
- Networking & Collaboration;
- Good English knowledge speaking, listening, reading and writing
- Intercultural/international experience is required;
