Automation Engineer


Main tasks:

  • Participates in the realization of automation, the terms and standards of quality, and safety stability.
  • It is responsible for planning the activities necessary to integrate industrial robots or cobots;
  • Participate in the modification of the car, if necessary, but with the approval of superiors and EHS.
  • Keep up to date with implemented standardizations
  • It is ensured that the production process is carried out in accordance with the parameters and instructions provided by the responsible persons.
  • Brings high-tech technical solutions after participating in technical fairs.
  • He has specialized knowledge related to the materials used in production and for the production of automatic systems.
  • Develop innovative solutions and "best practices”.
  • Conducts research related to new technologies and implements them in series production.
  • Assist and provide support to the team in the installation and operation of the equipment.
  • Responsible for achieving product quality.
  • It ensures that through its actions it brings qualitative improvements in work and products.
  • Carefully checks the quality of material resources, equipment, and work tools necessary to perform the work, according to specific procedures.
  • Provides support for PPI departments, Maintenance, and external suppliers.
  • Check and act to comply with EHS rules.
  • Knows and applies the European norms and standards regulating the construction of machines and automatic systems.
  • Evaluates and brings continuous improvements to production processes.
  • Proposes provides support, and implements actions that lead to cost reductions.
  • Propose permanent improvements related to machines, materials, products, and processes.


We are looking for:

  • Higher technical studies
  • At least one year of experience in the field of automation
  • Good knowledge of reading electrical diagrams (experience in Eplan is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of PLC programming and automation ( TIA Portal,  Siemens )
  • Knowledge of pneumatic equipment (Festo, SMC)
  • Experience in equipping and connecting equipment in electrical panels according to the electrical diagram
  • Experience in PC operation
  • Knowledge of security systems, control systems, and industrial communication systems (PROFIBUS, PROFINET)
  • Intermediate level English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ( Excel , Word , PowerPoint )
