Transport Coordinator Teamleader

- Leading the team:

• Support and manage daily topics, escalations
• Provide feedback on performance
• Participate in SCM meetings and other alignments
• Giving data input for tenders.

- Carry out high-level daily oprative tasks, such as:

• Responsible to organize  road, air and sea freights (import and export).
• Making reservations, tracking transit status
• Continuous contact with freightforwarders and inhouse (warehouse, customer logistics, production planning and other departments)
• Ensures the fulfillment of special requirements, such as: transit time, carrier selection
• Prepare and checking delivery documentation
• Comply to the relevant internal regulations and instructions related to the position
• Participation in projects

• Qualification in logistics (master/bachelor level)
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience preferably in logistics and transport
• Team leading experience
• English language on communication level (will be tested during the interview)
• User-level MS Office skills

Advantage:

• Knowledge of SAP
• German language
• Experience in using supplier portals
