RD_770-23 Technical Project Leader

- Main interface within project software team to the Technical Project Leader (TPL), moderate and steer the software development team and responsible for all project software related items. - Ensure delivery of the product software meeting the technical, quality, timing and cost targets of the project

- Support the project plan from SW area, provide effort estimation and track the actual spending

- Plan / coordinate all software engineering work packages within the software development team

- Plan / coordinate software component development outside of the project team (generic functions, 3rd party SW etc.) Technical and Quality

- Capture and manage software requirements (unambiguous, consistent, complete, documented)

- Drive and coordinate the design activities to have an optimized software with regards to technical performance in terms of CPU load, RAM/ROM/STACK usage, response timing and etc., quality and CFSW R&D costs

- Responsible for the implementation of all software requirements in product (concept, prototypes, testing support, manufacturability) and process area

- Technical definition of each software prototypes & perform software prototypes releases

- Define and monitor the software test strategy

- Plan and track quality activities

- Plan and track functional safety activities related to software

- Support Engineering Release and Gate Reviews Management & Reporting

- Track and analyze the project progress of software disciplines (time, quality, costs)

- Act to correct deviations. Perform problem resolution management, define and plan appropriate countermeasures

- Perform software discipline related cost reduction measures

- Report the software project status in accordance with the valid process.

- Escalate issues if necessary

- Constant information exchange with related engineering departments and project support functions (Quality, EE, SE, TM, etc.)

- Support and attend customer meeting, if needed, and internal audits Configuration and Change Management

- responsible for the baseline of the software development's work products (code, technical documentations), maintenance and archiving

- Ensure consistency within baseline

- Perform change management in alignment with the TPL

- Review changes and ensure budget is allocated with the TPL

1. Good knowledge on embedded software development technology, SW test standards, quality management and processes

2. Basic knowledge on the other disciplines, EE, SE, TE

3. Good knowledge about the standards generally used in the automotive industry (AUTOSAR, ISO26262, Network, Diagnosis, etc.)

4. Good knowledge on BS existing platforms and products Advanced Good experience in the change and configuration management methods and tools (e.g. CM synergy, IMS/MKS) Advanced Good communication skills, correct understanding & clear presentation
