Education:Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Be familiar with Electronic ass'y experience 
2. Production machine maintainance (TPM) and trouble shooting. Good equipment management experience will be prefer.
3. 6 sigma Green belt is better
4. Cmk, Cpk analysis
5. Good attitude and teamwork

Working Experience :8+ years experience in manufacture engineering experience, 3+ years automotive industry experience

1、Working with Production and Quality team in manufacturing process,trouble shooting and optimization.

2、New process study and introduction , define the specification

3、Process documents preparation and release;Control plan, PFMEA, PFC, WI, etc　　　　　

4、Jigs/fixtures/ tooling development and preparation for new product

5、Evaluate existing processes ;cycle times;H/C Routing, VT/TEB,and standardized work  to continuously improve.

6、ECR/ECN handling and implementation

7、Training production people (process + equipment)
