Analysis&Rework Specialist

Your daily tasks will include:

• Detailed technical root cause analysis of functional failures in series production;
• Primary root cause analysis of the parts failing in assembly and test processes;
• Making scrap decisions, based on technical assessment with the process and product characteristics, as defined in the technical documentation;
• Analysis & Repair data recording in the traceability system, and data reporting;
• Retesting of the parts (whenever it is the case);
• Administration of the daily incidents; coordination of internal corrective actions;
• Maintaining the analysis station in a proper functional condition.
• Support Production Management for continuous improvement;
• Establishes processes and rules for failures data collection (standardization);
• Functional coordination of the Analysis Technicians.

You can be a perfect match in our team if you have:

• Degree in electronics, mechanics, or other types of engineering;
• Usage of measurement and/or testing equipment experience;
• MS Office, MS Project, operating system and database handling;
• SAP knowledge (as a benefit);
• Knowledge of traceability systems
• Knowledge of English;
• Statistical and analytical skills;
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Team-oriented working style;
• Decision making ability;
