Controls & Drives Engineer - Tires

• Asigură o diagnosticare adecvată a problemelor electrice, reparația și repornirea echipamentelor de producție din zona de responsabilitate în cazul defecţiunilor.
• Gestionează piesele de schimb pentru echipamentele C&D în cooperare cu departamentul de Achiziții.
• Este responsabil pentru coordonarea companiilor externe, contractate de Plant Engineering care lucrează în zona sa de responsabilitate.
• Este responsabil pentru curățenia și ordinea companiilor externe în zona în care acestea îsi desfășoară activitatea.
• Identifică, analizează și asigură implementarea potențialelor îmbunătățiri C&D (inclusiv reducerea costurilor și economisirea energiei, timpul de staţionare și reducerea scrap-ului) pe echipamentele din aria de producție, în cooperare cu alte departamente (Producție, Calitate, Achiziții)
• Transferă cunoștințe tuturor electricienilor (tehnicienilor) pentru a asigura cele mai bune practici de mentenanță a sistemelor C&D.
• Asigură implementarea strategiei locale de Mentenanță (inclusiv suport pentru implementarea CBS, îmbunătățiri ale proceselor de Mentenanță, inclusiv SAP PM / PUMA, interfeța cu alte departamente, implementarea instrumentelor de monitorizare a stării echipamentului - Condition Base monitoring,…).
• Asigură protecția, crearea copiilor de rezervă și întreținerea software-ului sistemului de control, cum ar fi IPC-uri, PLC-uri, unități, dispozitive de comunicații etc.

• Cunoștințe tehnice IPC (hardware și software) și Controls & Drives (Siemens - Step 7, PCS-7, convertor de frecvenţă, S120, G120; Beckhoff - convertor de frecvenţă, sisteme de siguranță)
• Cunoștințe de diagnosticare PLC
• Limba engleză
• Office365 și Outlook
