Quality Manager in Project

• Procedures: Knowledge and application of project management procedures, methods, and tool landscape (e.g. classic and agile); Problem Resolution (e.g. A3), Lessons Learned and Change Management; Escalation Management; Claim Management; Object Reviews; ePSR Reporting; WPCA; Product Creation; Configuration Management
• Quality methods & tools: Proficient in problem-solving techniques (A3 Sheet, 8D, Ishikawa, why-why) 5 Core Tools (FMEA. MSA, SPC, APQP, PPA/PPAP, 8D); Fault Tree Analysis; Design for Six Sigma Awareness
• Technical Knowledge: Development and Manufacturing processes (e.g. V Cycle, Agile, FMEA, Control Plan, Design verification & validation, PPAP, APQP); manufacturing process evaluations (e.g. PPAP) and monitoring methods (e.g. Control Plan, FPY)
• Customer Management: Effective communication with customers; Align with customer product quality related requirements/standards
• Leadership: Training and presentation skills and Conflict Management techniques
• Project Management: Project Management Methodology and Change Management
• Legal Requirements/Standards: Work with relevant general standards (e.g. IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6, CMMI), customer specific standards (e.g. BMW GS, DAG QM, VW Formel Q), norms (e.g. SPICE IEC 15504), legal requirements (e.g. ELV, IMDS), product safety regulations (e.g. ISO 26262) and security and privacy standards (e.g. 27001); Knowledge in QM Systems and Process Management Knowledge of stakeholders and their interest for leading and managing the project 

• University Degree with technical background or comparable studies
• At least 3 years of work experience in the automotive area or quality management is highly recommended
• Experience In variety a of functions and business, General Management Experience
• Experience In working as Quality Manager on Projects on or in a comparable position in a project development discipline or another quality area (SQM, AQL, etc.)
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, processes and rules, and internal decision-making structures
• Knowledge of stakeholders and their interest in leading and managing the project
• Ability to work effectively in remote, international, and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage
