Head of Controlling, Purchasing and Financial Service Center (CPF)

The purpose of the position is being fully responsible for all  Controlling and Purchasing related activities of the assigned location to support the Plant and Location Manager. Also supervision of Financial Service Center of Continental Automotive Hungary Ltd.. Main tasks include:

• Consolidating information and financial reports for Continental Automotive Hungary Kft  ensuring adherence to Hungarian GAAP and IFRS.
• Active communication about the achievements and challenges of area of responsibility to the stakeholders
• Supporting achievement of plant business goals and budget targets, increase profitability in agreement with all Business Units
• Achieving cost reduction targets
• Representing the management and purchasing in the Energy management committee 
•  Coordinating and implementing controls, guidelines between the plants in Continental Automotive Hungary
• Responsible for Legal  and Compliance topics
• Coordinating legal, tax and accounting (IFRS&HAS) at corporate level
• Coordinating quarterly and annual audits 
• Leading leaders and manage team of 40+ headcount

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics field
• 15+ years relevant experience, with 8+ years management experience
• Fluent English
• Success-driven personality
• Ability to initiate and drive change
• Organised and able to meet strict deadlines
• Strong financial awareness and analytical skills 
• A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
