IE Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintain in initial conditions of the area,  equipment or mechanism in charge, through the execution of administrative tasks, preventive and corrective maintenance  plan and optimize equipment by applying re-engineering to improve MTBF, MTTR and TTA, reducing downtime and have the ability to train your teammates.

Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.

Participation in local technical communities.

Execute work-related tasks and activities requested / assigned by the leader in charge.

• Support for administrative tasks assigned.
• Maintain and control the proper use of the assigned tool
• Provide technical support to other departments related maintenance activities
• Support Engineering groups in redesign and improvement of equipment
• Analyze and eliminate failures of assigned equipment in preventive maintenance
• Evaluate and apport to modify operating procedures and operation instructions
• Support to the new technicians
• Collaborate or execute projects that allow the continuous improvement of production technologies in terms of quality, time and / or cost
• Continuously improve through the optimization of your activities and reduction of time in them
• Comply with the requirements of the Company's Quality system
• Keep your internal clients informed about the progress of projects as well as the potential risks of not complying with quality, time and / or costs, if they exist
• Be self-directed by monitoring and ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives of the technologies in charge
• Comply 100% with the goal of SCRAP reduction
• Contribute 100% to the goal of "0km PPM Gross" established for the plant monthly.
• Contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, CIM, Strategic Projects, etc.) and that are applied to the position monthly.
• Support the introduction of technologies / processes in accordance with local and global procedures.

• 1 - 3 años de experiencia en soporte piso de producción
• 1 - 3 años de experiencia en procesos de Ensamble y Herramientas manuales.
• Conocimiento Intermedio de paquteria microsoft.
• Conocimiento y manejo herramientas de mano, CNC, Torno
• Conocimiento Electrica y Neumatica.
• Conocimiento sensores, plc´s, hmi, servodrives
