Test Engineer

Complete Test related task   based on customer requirements, according to defined processes and guidelines. fulfill  the time and quality requirement for projects
Continuously improve in own working area for the working efficency and quality .

▪ Lead or conduect Test development according to Test development process .
▪ Integrate all test environment components (HW, SW & Mechanic) ,Ensure test environment for his/her own tasks according to the project needs.
▪ Cooperate with other project stakeholder (R&D cross discipline, PM, Manufacturing, Quality and purchasing) to ensure project sucess.
▪ Test project management , Conduct project estimation, plan, tracking, resource organization, release, report, escalation

▪ conduct Requirement engineering , Test case design, Test Exectuion,  support DV/PV, Support abnormal analysis.

▪ Develop automation test plan, develop  automation test system .
▪ Build up , debug ,releasing, maintain the test system(Compa,Venturi,shaker..) for specific project

▪ design, track and review Production Test Specification, DTP file
▪ Participant in Table review, check test protocol align with the PTS.
▪ Support  serial production introduction, Test plan debugging

▪ Responsible for operating and managing facilities at lab and proto shop
▪ Reponsible to improve facilities operation.▪ Develop competence (Knowledge, experience) to fulfill project demand
▪ Solve the technical problems independentdly .



▪ Provide training and knowledge sharing 
▪ Apply training knowledge into work practice▪ Follow  process
▪ Support to optimise the working method to improve efficiency and quality
▪ Perform lessons learnt and knowledge sharing acitivity with the team.
