-Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar

-Minimum 3 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related automotive industry and industrial maintenance (electrical, electronic or mechatronics).

-Desirable knowledge in manufacturing processes.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel in production and maintenance management.
