System Test Engineer for Operations UX (TM)

Your tasks will be:

• Introduction of inspection and test standards on an international level;
• Technology transfer between international locations;
• Creation and implementation of subject-specific trainings;
• Coordination between product developers and specialist departments;
• Concept design for the integration of measuring systems into production;
• Coordination of function-relevant test criteria for optical systems;
• Selection of suitable measurement methods;
• Design, implementation and evaluation of algorithms and test sequences;
• Implementation of measurement system analyzes (capability studies);
• Evaluation of new technologies, components and tools;
• Sub-project management for the procurement, qualification and commissioning of the test systems.

• Successfully completed engineering studies with master- or comparable degree;
• Ideally, first professional experience in the area of responsibility described;
• Experience in more than one of the fields: imaging optics / optical measurement technology / 3D measurement technology / optical metrology;
• Good programming skills in C#, Phyton or Matlab;
• Very good language skills in English (German is a plus);
• Independent and analytical way of working;
• Assertiveness and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence;
• High quality orientation.
