Technical Compliance (tC) Regulations & Standards Specialist (TM)

As a tC Regulations & Standards Specialist your main responsibilities will be to:

• Identify and select Regulations & Standards relevant requirements in cooperation with the tC Category Matter Experts, Technical Regulations Coordinators (TRC) and Technical Regulations Experts (TRE);
• Support and handle enquires regarding Regulations & Standards with respect to sourcing, translation and provisioning to requestors (e.g., product owners, project leaders);
• Research of newly released, updated, drafted, upcoming and existing Regulations & Standards with relevance for the company’s products worldwide in cooperation with tC Category Matter Experts, Technical Regulations Coordinators (TRC) and Technical Regulations Experts (TRE);
• Track relevant Regulations and Standards in various status (new. updated, drafted, upcoming and existing) and inform the company to enable timely reactions;
• Define, establish and maintain a regular information channel for new and updated regulations, upcoming topics;
• Report the status of the Standard and Regulations database contents on frequent basis (e.g., newsletter);
• Support the coordination of the company’s position on relevant legal and regulatory developments across all Sectors; 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field;
• Expert knowledge of regulations & standards landscape and respective creation and approval processes;
• Experience in the field of Product Safety, Product Conformity, Product Environmental Compliance or Product Cybersecurity would be appreciated;
• Basic knowledge about related processes (e.g., Project Management, Requirements Management), products / components, product life cycle and database management;
• Advanced communication and network skills;
• Proficient in MS office applications;
• Business fluency in English language mandatory;
