FE Process Engineer Sr

Overview

        Investigate, evaluate and develop successful manufacturing technologies for the production of automotive electronic units, participate strongly in the development and evaluation of technology providers as well as suppliers actively participate in the development of standards for Continental worldwide.

Additional responsibilities

Participate in the introduction of new products from the initial stages (Design review for manufacturing) until the start of production, collaborate in the sample runs.
Define the optimal parameters of your processes in charge, recommending the process control method (SPC, etc.), as well as defining the quality criteria to apply for these processes.

Make the technical purchase of new equipment for manufacturing technologies and processes at your expense


Prepare the necessary documents for it and define the introduction calendar of the equipment from its quotation until its delivery.

Support and technically train other engineers in your group.  Define and implement equipment optimization guides.

Analyze, study, propose and implement new technologies for testing and measurement, communication interfaces and application software.

Preferred Qualifications
Maintenance experience from 2 to 4 years.
Experience in personnel management.
