Senior Manager Quality Business Segment (m/f/diverse) REF12539M

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Manage the Quality Organization for the Business Segment Driver Assistance and Autonomous Driving
• Defining Quality strategy (mission, goals) for the segment
• Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis, control) as defined in the Quality Management System.
• Guarantee of the development quality and the product quality throughout all stages of the processed projects
• Support internal and customer escalations together with Operation and Business Segment according to Continental escalation process to ensure that the parts and services meet the defined quality requirements
• Public relation and constant contact person for clients as well as for conti-intern/supplier in the matter of quality.
• Guarantee and continuously improve the QM-system.
• Product safety and Integrity responsible for the location Frankfurt

• Studies of electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or business administration.
• Experience in Quality Management
• Professional Management of a virtual team
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Structural, independent and timely working 
• Persuasiveness / Conflict Management
