Head of Operations Unit AD

工作职责

  • Provision of leadership and direction for all operations unit staff and associates as well as break down and implementation of the company’s strategy and values to plant level 
  • Planning, support of realization and controlling of financial results (e.g. profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow) 
  • Planning, support of realization and controlling of all non-financial operations unit KPIs (e.g. volumes, quality, lead time, delivery performance, capacity utilization, safety, personnel, environment)  
  • Initiation, management and / or steering as well as controlling of project to drive continuous improvement utilizing CBS in all operations unit relevant topics (e.g. new product launch, cost, quality, health, safety, environmental)               
  • Reporting of operations unit performance and topics to operations and / or  segment or BU management       
  • Safeguarding of compliance with HR, financial, legal, environmental, customer as well as other relevant requirements 
  • Planning, realization and control of budgets and resources (e.g. workforce, succession planning, investments and spending's, review and authorization of eCRs and ePRs)
  • Development and implementation of efficient operations unit organization (e.g. organizational structures, procedures, processes) according to standards
  • Develop and maintain strong and positive relationship with all major stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers, management, employees, works council)
  • Perform any administrative functions (e.g. signatures, townhall meetings, specific customs affairs, etc.)    
  • Provide feedback and input for further development of standards regarding all relevant processes and functions (production / manufacturing / operations, product industrialization, industrial engineering, quality, CBS, ESH, HR, finance, IT and others)        
  • Keeping relevant targets regarding of CTHU
  • Checking and improving the KPI-s that are related to the CTHU Nyíregyháza to the effective workprocess

  • Min. 5 years relevant professional experience
  • More than 2 years experience in leading projects or improving processes
  • Min. 5 years leadership experience
  • More than 2 years experience at intercultural environment is required
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must
