ESH Engineer

• Implement and maintain a local Environment & Safety Management System according to ISO 45001 and Corporate rules.

• Regularly perform compliance monitoring in the field of applicable permits and regulations and prepare evidence of such activities.
定期进行法律法规及其他要求的识别与合规性评估并记录。
• Support the establishment of a safety culture within the plant by developing and providing appropriate tools and methods (e. g. ergonomics evaluation tools, exposure analysis and evaluation, job safety analysis and evaluation) to prevent and analyze deviations or unsafe conditions.
通过适当的工具和方法（例如人机工程评估、危化品暴露分析和评估、工作安全分析和评估）进行风险管控与隐患控制，持续提升安全文化。
• Maintain and update chemical list, SI, risk assessment of chemicals used in CASS and ensure the performance of workplace-related exposure measurements for hazardous materials.
维护更新化学品清单，制定相应安全操作指导，完成危险化学品的风险评估，并制定措施避免或减少危化品危害的暴露。
• Develop training plan for all levels of employees in CASS based on the training needed analyzed and follow up the training plan accordingly.
负责ESH培训需求的评估，并制定和实施年度ESH培训计划。
• Ensure the compliance of special equipment management including people training, equipment certificates, drills etc.
根据法律法规及公司政策，负责特种设备及特种作业人员的管理。
• Be responsible for occupational health management following legal requirements and CASS procedures.
根据法律法规及公司政策，负责职业健康管理。
• Be responsible for radiation safety management including radiation permit application, regularly measurement and monitoring, annual management report etc.
负责辐射安全及环保管理，包括日常监测、新项目三同时等。
• Organization and implementation of activities regarding health management and workplace health promotion at the location.
组织和实施健康管理及工作场所健康促进的活动。
• Be responsible for contractor management including contractor training, work permit approval, compliance audit/inspection etc.
负责承包商的ESH管理，包括作业许可审批、培训、监督等。
• Plan and organize regular ESH audit and inspections on workplaces to find and eliminate ESH related hazards and risks.
负责和组织ESH内部审核和现场检查，就发现项与部门负责人员沟通并跟踪关闭。
• Provide internal consultancy associated with establishment and implementation of new technologies, systems, processes, and foundation of new facilities.
对于新技术/系统/工艺/设备提供ESH相关的建议和咨询。
• In the field of ESH for other plant functions. Increase awareness of leaders and employees with respect to their ESH related duties and obligations by performing regular training.
在ESH领域支持其他各部门，通过持续的培训和活动提高管理人员及全体员工的安全意识，推动安全责任制的贯彻落实。
• Other tasks required by ESH manager.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
本科及以上学历

At least 3 years of professional industry experience in the following topics:
ESH Management Systems, Auditing (Compliance, System), and Risk Assessment (Job Safety Analysis) and safety inspection.
Individual characteristics: Good communication skills. Strong technical knowledge.
Interest in continuous learning, result-oriented, initiative
At least advanced language capabilities in English (understanding & speaking).
Good computer skills (MS Office applications).

良好的沟通能力。 深厚的技术知识。
