Position is being filled through internal candidates only
- Introduction of new articles, technologies to serial production and their improvement in serial production
- Creating specification for production of trials tires
- Creating feedback from production of trials tires for R&D
- Close cooperation with other plant departments and R&D worldwide

- Technical Highschool or University degree in technical field (e.g. Material, Mechanical Engineering or comparable)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Fluent in English
- Active user in MS Office
- Tire construction knowledge
- Willing to be in a direct contact with the production process
- Stress management, proactive approach, flexible
