We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to support productivity improvement and operational efficiency initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
The intern will assist in analyzing workflows, collecting data, and supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance production performance and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support process improvement and productivity initiatives
Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and line balancing
Collect and analyze operational data
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
Assist in standard work documentation and process updates
Support KPI tracking and performance reporting
Participate in cross-functional improvement projects

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
