Country Purchaser_NPM Japan

• Act as assistant manager who is a contributor for guiding the team and pursue building trust relationship with team members and internal customers by mutual communication.
• Manage indirect procurement for key commodities including tactical achievement (Savings/Automation) proactively and also have procurement activities with regional level. 
• Establish procurement strategy to maximize our profit and contribute to all the Business Unit.
• Ensure continuous improvement of purchasing processes and systems and fulfillment of corporate strategies in the region.
• Act as an ambassador for indirect purchasing for all the responsible legal entities in Japan.

- Responsible Category;  for defined major categories 

- Manage and support all Purchasing Indirect materials of responsible categories for Total Japan. (Administrative Automotive CAC, CAJ, CAMJ & EB)

• 5+ years of working or involved in a purchasing/procurement function
• Experience in Project Management, Process Definition and Implementation and Teamwork skills.
• Experience in leading project and smaller functional teams
• Worked in multinational company
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English are mandatory
