Customs & Export Control Officer

•Support line manager to achieve department KPI performance
•Control cost
•Implement other tasks assigned by line manager
•Forwarder agnet performance mangement
•Customs clearance process improvement
•Import and export files management.

•Being responsible for import,to apply for import licenses,Keep the import lead time is reasonable
•Being responsible for returning and exporting the raw material,spare parts tosupplier which is causes by quality issue or reasonable demand of maintainin, and get the export licenses in advance, to make sure the return process is smooth and on time.
•To prepare export shipping documents and booking vessel on time.
•To coordinate the export of finish goods and semi-finish goods to customers
•Closely communicate with Customs, CIQ and other related government Departments. Deploy the latest government policy to relevant internal teams and external organization.
•To make sure the customs clearance process is a legal operation flow
•To check the bill with forwarder agent

• Industrial business management assistent (country-specific for Germany) Bachelor Degree; 
• SAP experience preferred
• Fluent in oral and written English, at least CET-4 
• Be good at office software
• At least one years experience for customs issue
• At least three years relevat experience in manufacturing plants
• Advanced knowledge in import and export
