• Support supplier's invoices booking
• Support Goods received/invoice received clearing
• Correspondence with the suppliers (giving details regarding the payments performed/account balance/invoices posted/price differences)
• Electronic & physical archive of invoices

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Romanian Accounting and Tax Laws (basic)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good knowledge of English Language
• SAP FI / MM - considered as advantage

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

• Attending bachelor/master courses in Economic/Administrative field
