SMT Specialist Engineer (AOI Systems - VISCOM)

• Coordinate and lead a local technician team to support the ECU production.
• Launch new SMD, TL, BE machines under the responsibility.
• Create and optimize the specific software/programs needed for the effective Launch of new Products: achieving the quality level required by our customers, with the lowest cost and looking for excellence in manufacturability.
• Assure the process specification. Drive Continuous Performance and Cost Improvement on the area of responsibility.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Intermediate English
