Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente

Attend Customers and support with information deliveries, lead-time, place order by system, product information, stock availability etc;

Sense the Customer necessity to support on effective solution to keep the Customer partnership.

Interface with Demand planning and warehouse to ensure on time delivery;

Manage the incoming order by system electronic data interchange, CDP and ensure all the information on SAP;

Creation daily delivery to Warehouse process the picking and packing for expedition.

Interface with Sales and Demand planning to guarantee the on-time information and deliveries;

Monitoring the KPI’s service level and on time delivery with focus on Customer performance.

Analysis and support on Customer Complaint;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 - Previous experience in customer service or client support is a plus.

 - Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Logistics or Eginering 

-  Intermediate  English
